I was okay with price of my policy at my previous carrier, but decided to shop around prior to renewal anyway. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get more coverage with Progressive for the same price. Switching was easy, and I've got greater peace of mind now. Thanks Progressive!

At this point I'm concerned about the honesty of Progressive. There are many rules that I have followed yet I keep getting messages that I may lose my auto discount and they raised the rates on my homeowners and I have only had the policy for 2 weeks

I r recently switched to progressive so I have no idea about satisfaction. I’ve always been insured with an independent insurance agent and it makes me nervous not having someone know to call about questions and problems.

It is insurance. I pay every year cause I legally have to have it but I haven’t had to use it for a claim so it feels like wasted money.
